Strawberry Vinegarette

Cooking Steps

1. Place the strawberries on a parchment lined cookie sheet that has sides
2. Roast at 400 for 20 minutes
3. Pour the berries and the syrup into a blender along with the remaining ingredients and blend creamy.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup organic strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup basalmic vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 heaping tbsp fresh basil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1/4 - 1/2 tsp sea salt
