Smoked Fish

Hickory-Smoked Hake

Cooking Steps

Wrap bacon around hake and secure with toothpicks.
Cook hake and asparagus in smoker on medium for two hours, using hickory wood chips.
Peel clementine and garnish cooked fish and asparagus.

Ingredients

  • 1 Hake fillet
  • Asparagus, few stalks
  • 1 Clementine
  • Nitrite-free bacon 1 or 2 slices
