The inspiration to this post is that I am trying to lose out all the extra flab I have put on and I have exactly a month to do that. So, lets get on with the tips :) I have done a post on all these tips individually so I am linking them to the posts directly. Click on the headings to read the post.

- Deep Breathing
- Water for Weight Loss
- Chew your food morsels properly
- Early to Bed
- Early to Rise
- 20-minute Walk
- Eat four to six times a day
- Sit on the ground
- Sit on the chair properly and with your spine erect
