The evidence continues to mount that a healthy lifestyle is a fundamental key to becoming more attractive and overall good looking. In the past it has been observed that simply eating fruit and vegetables can make you more attractive, and now it is being reported that beneficial bacteria — known as probiotics — can do the same. Better yet, the effects are a result of the health-boosting impact that are associated with probiotic intake. That means a reduction in body fat, improved skin tone, and enhanced overall health. The study is very exciting, as it shows just how deep of a role nutrition plays — even in your appearance.
Published in the prestigious journal Scientific American, scientists and researchers observed the effects of feeding mice pobiotic-rich yogurt. While the study was actually intended to examine the effects of the beneficial bacteria-filled yogurt on obesity (which has been previously confirmed to be extremely helpful), the scientists noted an unexpected result of probiotic intake. In their own writing, the researchers documented that the rats fed the yogurt had a certain “swagger,” leading to the yogurt-fed males to inseminate their partner faster and have more offspring.
The mice even had shinier and silkier coats, In other words, the beneficial bacteria made them more attractive and proficient mates. The study authors explain how the physique-improving effects ultimately lead to enhanced sexual appeal:
” … the probiotic microbes in the yogurt help to make the animals leaner and healthier, which indirectly improves sexual machismo.”Even more profound, the mice fed probiotics birthed larger litters and were actually more likely to raise their young ones successfully. This could be due to the fact that probiotics have also been linked to extreme mental clarity and function, or perhaps the fact that beneficial bacteria can help to regulate overall immunity by acting as a major line of defense. The role of bacteria in your gut goes way beyond the stomach and intestines, majorly affecting the state of your brain and much more. A disruption in natural gut bacteria can easily result in symptoms of mental illness, as breaking new research has demonstrated with laboratory mice.
“It may be that those changes in gut bacteria not only contribute to the generation of gut symptoms, like diarrhea or pain, but may also contribute to this altered behavior that we see in those patients,” explained study researcher Stephen Collins.Probiotic-rich foods like kefir, sauerkraut, kimchi, microalge, and yogurt, can help to make you more attractive as well as revolutionize your health. As an alternative, you can also take a high quality probiotic supplement. Either way, you’re bound to receive the benefits of probiotics no matter how you obtain them. Remember to avoid fillers, synthetic ingredients, and cheap imitations!
