Paleo Benedict

Eggs Benedict

Cooking Steps

1. Cook bacon, pat dry and crumble
2. Slice tomato in 1/4 inch slices
3. Add half avocado, lemon juice, clove garlic, and water to food processor. Blend until smooth.
4. Poach two eggs.
Add egg atop tomato, sprinkle with cracked pepper, add avocado sauce and sprinkle with bacon

Ingredients

  • 1 tomato
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 slices of bacon
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 3 tablespoon water
  • Cracked pepper
